• Database: Oracle 9i/10g & MS SQL Server
• Domain: CRM/Microsoft-CRM, Telecom Billing, Real Time Rating & Charging, Interconnect Bill, Mediation & Reporting
• Protocols: SS&, AAA, Radius, Diameter (DCCA), INCP/CAMEL/MAP/TCAP, TCP/IP & SMPP
• Telecom Technologies: GSM, CDMA, GPRS, IP & 3G/4G/IMS

Development:

• Software Architect (RKI/RD/SD/682)
• Developers / Sr. Developers (RKI / RD / SD/652, RKI/RD/SD/675, RKI/RD/SD/676, RKI/RD/SD/677, RKI/RD/SD/684)
• TECHNICAL WRITERS (RKI/RD/SD / 653)
• Test Specialists / Sr. Test Specialists (RKI / RD / SIT / 658, RKI/RD/SIT/659)
